Muhammad Masud is an experienced IT professional and system analyst with over 15 years of expertise in software development, systems design, and database management. He is currently serving as Director (Development) at GLOBAL MEDIKLAUD (BD) LTD., where he leads the design and implementation of advanced healthcare software systems across major hospitals in Bangladesh.

In this role, he has played a key part in building and managing Mediklaud’s flagship hospital management solutions, successfully delivering digital transformation projects for several high-profile healthcare institutions. His leadership continues to drive innovation in the health tech sector.

Masud specializes in analyzing complex business requirements and delivering end-to-end solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, he held key roles at MySoft Limited, working extensively with Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET technologies. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from IBAIS University and is certified as an Oracle OCA, OCP, and OCE.
